At Dank Vibes Bot ("The Bot", "we", "us", "our"), accessible from the Discord platform through the various Discord clients, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors.
This document entails the privacy policy and agreeement that you accept when using Dank Vibes Bot, or being in a server with Dank Vibes Bot. It contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Dank Vibes Bot and how we use it. Use of the this document does not supersede the Developer Terms of Service. We do not have a privacy policy for this website, as this website is static and does not collect any data at all.

At Dank Vibes Bot, the safety of your personal information is important to us, and we are committed to safeguarding your digital data whilst enhancing your user experience. - Unique Discord UUID, username, and discriminator for identification and user-specific functionalities.
- Configuration settings initiated by you or an authorized individual for The Bot's operations within a server.
- Usage metrics such as command execution, cooldown timings, and custom configurations to enhance service delivery.
- Information submitted through The Bot's features such as autoreactions, reminders, giveaway participations, and command usage.
- Data pertinent to server-specific configurations, including Discord Server ID, Text Channel IDs, and any custom server settings.
External Services Integration: With the introduction of our natively developed ban appeal feature, an external service accessible via a designated URL, we extend our data collection to encompass information exchanged through this service. This includes but is not limited to communications involving email, user ID, and other relevant details necessary for the appeal process. The specifics of these exchanges are designed to ensure the integrity of the appeal system while respecting user privacy.
Automated Data Collection: In our continuous effort to refine user experience, certain information is automatically collected by The Bot. This encompasses:
- Interaction data, including but not limited to message logs, for the purpose of providing context-specific responses and services.
- Engagement metrics to monitor feature utilization and user interaction patterns.
How we use your data
We process the data you provide to us for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the User. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service.
- To send administrative information to you. We may process your information to send you details about our products and services, changes to our terms and policies, and other similar information.
- To request feedback. We may process your information when necessary to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Services.
- To protect our Services. We may process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention.
- To improve our Services. We use your data to assist us in improving our Servies, and to minimise errors generated by The Bot.

Data Storage
All stored data is kept on protected servers. While storage methods vary, most data is kept within password-protected databases such as MongoDB. Please keep in mind that even with these protections, no data can ever be 100% secure. All efforts are taken to keep your data secure and private, but its absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Access to Data is only permitted to The Bot's developers, and only in the scope required for the development, testing, and implementation of features for The Bot. Data is not sold, provided to, or shared with any third party, except where required by law or a Terms of Service agreement. In the event of an unauthorised Data access, users will be notified through the Discord client application.
Data Removal
Manual removal of your user data can be requested through email at dankvibes@nogra.xyz, or by opening a ticket in the Dank Vibes Discord Server. All data containing any information that can link that data to you, or your Discord Account, will be removed, except in the case where removing it will affect The Bot's ability to function.
You will be asked to provide proof that the account belongs to you. Without enough proof, we cannot proceed with the removal of your data.
Links to Third-party Websites and their Privacy Policies
The Bot may contain (or you may be sent via the Bot) links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Bot or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Bot, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies of or contained in the Third-Party Websites or the Third-Party Content.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party websites for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

Children's Online Privacy
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Dank Vibes Bot complies with the stipulations set forth by online safety and privacy standards, which include not collecting Personal Identifiable Information (PII) from individuals under the age of 13. This stance is in alignment with Discord's terms of service, which prohibit users under the age of 13 from creating accounts or accessing the platform.
If it comes to your attention that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to The Bot, despite the restrictions placed by Discord, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us without delay. Concurrently, we advise reporting this violation to Discord's moderation team to ensure compliance with their policies.
