Definitions

  • Dank Vibes Bot (also "The Bot") refers to Dank Vibes Bot that is subject under these terms.
  • The Developer (also "our", "us", "we") refers to the Developers of Dank Vibes Bot, to whom you agree to on accepting these terms.

Agreement to Terms

You agree that by accessing The Bot, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING The Bot AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the website from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. Please ensure that you check the applicable Terms every time you use our Bot so that you understand which Terms apply. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of The Bot after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

The information provided on The Bot is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access The Bot from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

The Bot is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use this Bot. You may not use The Bot in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

The Bot is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use The Bot. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms of Use prior to you using The Bot.

Through interaction with The Bot, The Bot may collect specific data as described in its Privacy Policy. You can learn what data The Bot collects and how it is used in our Privacy Policy.

Intended Age

The use of The Bot is permitted for all users over the age of 13. This restriction applies in accordance with the Terms of Service of the platform on which we offer The Bot (Discord).

The Bot may not be used by individuals under the minimal age described in Discord's Terms of Service. Doing so will be seen as a violation of these terms. Upon violation, your usage right will also be terminated and you have to cease using The Bot immediately.

Affiliation

The Bot is not affiliated with, supported or made by Discord Inc., Google, the Selenium Project or Oracle.

Any direct connection to Discord Inc., Google, the Selenium Project or Oracle or any of their Trademark objects is purely coincidental. We do not claim to have the copyright ownership of any of Discord Inc.'s, Google's, the Selenium Project's or Oracle's assets, trademarks or other intellectual property.

Restrictions and Termination

Through using The Bot, you acknownledge to adhere to the terms defined by its license.

You must also comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and you must only use Dank Vibes Bot for authorized and acceptable purposes. You must also adhere to Discord Inc.'s Community Guidelines and other policies, which contains more detailed information about the use of The Bot with regards to Discord.

Most importantly:

  • Don’t use the services to do harm to yourself or others. You should not use Dank Vibes Bot to harrass, bully or spam a user, or try to do any harm to another user.
  • Don’t use the services to do harm to Discord. Among other things, this includes trying to gain access to or attacking Discord's systems, scraping Discord, transmitting viruses or other malicious code to Discord's services, abusing or defrauding Discord and their payment systems, copying their product or using their intellectual property without permission, and misusing their reporting or customer service mechanisms, with means that involves Dank Vibes Bot.
  • Don’t use the services to do harm to Dank Vibes Bot. Among other things, this includes trying to gain access to or attacking our systems, scraping us, transmitting viruses or other malicious code to our services, abusing us, copying Dank Vibes Bot or using our intellectual property without permission.
  • Don’t use the services to do anything else that’s illegal. This includes using the services to commit any crime or infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights. We encourage you to report content or conduct that you believe violates these restrictions.
  • Do not attempt to defame The Bot by means of spreading false rumors and information.

This will let The Developer to terminate upon violations of any of these restrictions. Upon termination, your usage right will also be terminated and you will not be able to use Dank Vibes Bot or its services.

Disclaimer

All the materials used by The Bot are provided "as is". We make no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, we do not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on Dank Vibes Bot or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked by this bot.

Limitations

The Developer or its suppliers will not be hold accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials or services provided by Dank Vibes Bot, even if The Developer or an authorize representative of this bot has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Dank Vibes Bot may not be made liable for individuals breaking these Terms at any given time. The Developer has faith in the end users being truthful about their information and not misusing this bot or The Services of Discord Inc. in a malicious way.

Revisions and Errata

The materials used by Dank Vibes Bot may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Developer will not promise that any of these materials are accurate, complete, or current. The Developer may change the materials used by Dank Vibes Bot at any time without notice. The Developer does not make any commitment to update the materials.

The Developer has not reviewed all of the sites linked to Dank Vibes Bot and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by The Developer of the site. The use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.

Terms of Use Modifications

The Developer may revise these Terms of Use for Dank Vibes Bot at any time without prior notice. By using The Bot, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Governing Law

Any claim related to The Developer or Dank Vibes Bot shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore without regards to its conflict of law provisions.
